coming from the weekly swiss of ugc and even etf2l this honestly baffles me, swiss works as well as it does because its constantly correcting itself as you're always playing teams within +/- 1 win of yourself but scheduling opponents 4, 5, 6 games out completely invalidates a lot of the merit of the system
