So, everyone knows not sleeping enough is bad for you. It can contribute mental impairments, cardiovascular disease, obesity, etc. I've been wondering if the sleeplessness non-casual gamers sometimes go through is caused by their love of gaming or if their sleep problems are made a little more bearable by games.
Put simply, do you feel that video games have an impact on your sleep?
Holy shit, I've never been to a LAN before since there's exactly none that happen in the southeast US. Hopping on this LAN train a little closer to summer.
