Since you said to ask for help here, I'll just do it.
I'm using the default_grape hud, and it shows item names as "%ITEMNAME%" and descriptions as "%attriblist%". Now, i was told to delete tf_english.txt (in the resource folder of the hud) and i did, but nothing really changed.

For the target id, just try to write this on console: tf_hud_target_id_disable_floating_health 1

Same thing with dmg numbers, tho health and ammo appear in the correct font :(
It works just fine for me. Have you tried installing the fonts?
Well, gonna just tell you what i did. It got fixed for me after deleting the appcache folder (Which can be found in the main steam directory). Seems to work fine for me, few days already passed.

New files were added into the game for the minigames' hud, so you probably need to add it into your own hud for it to work.
tenacioustoasterFrost_BiteFrom the update thread, the issue comes from playing the new halloween map and then not restarting your game.
If you do restart your game after playing it, the issue is gone.
To be more specific it's a bug with bumper cars. If you do addcond 82 it does the bug as well. I haven't tested removecond 82 but that might fix the issue without requiring a restart.
That actually might explain why i was getting it. I remember messing around with addcond 82 on the server before we started to play scrims.
I had it on few pubs, and 2 serveme.tf servers (Not sure which ones, though).
It worked fine after restarting the game though.
