Make flare guns not about free crits and actually about skill indexed gameplay
At this point the flare gun has the highest skill ceiling of any pyro weapon
I know it's not as high as soldier, sniper, demo, scout, or spy. But if you play against really good pyros you can tell they have put in the work

2. Make default settings and default hud good. I feel really bad for new players who have to play with 70 fov and bad interp and don't realize it can be changed.
