I loved this movie, tied with "The Is the End" for the movie best of the summer IMO.
You could actually get into blu spawn when the map first came out.. Good times.

However, the map has changed since played in ESEA.

Steam give you an option when you install a game to choose the location.
I'm in STL with Centurylink and have no problems, also I had Hotwire Communications a little while back and they were pretty decent too, and when I say decent I mean 70 up and down and pinged 10 to chi and around 30 to dallas.
Don't buy windows and throw that extra money into a better cpu, also the HD 7770 is better then the 650 at that price point.
