Knuckles_LsRainbowsBonafideI've always had this, on windows 7 & 8 too, my friend has the same problem, both of us have a similar setup, 144hz main and 60hz secondary, went over to his house to see and it was exactly the same. Don't know what actually causes it tho.
I have the same thing, it seems playing video on the 60hz monitor makes the game also drop to 60hz
Switch your monitor to 60hz, trust me it's much worse
Trust me when I say it's not worse, having a video open on my secondary monitor gives considerable frame skips and delays, while playing on 60hz is just choppier.

Things You do to Help Fall Asleep

Starting practising lucid dreaming and now I am excited to go to sleep and can focus more on it without letting my mind dwell on dumb things that keep you from sleeping
Also I used to listen to ASMR while falling asleep, but when I stopped doing that my quality of sleep defenitly improved
Sleep specialist Dr. Amer Khan of the Sutter Neuroscience Institute advised that using ASMR videos as a sleep aid may not be the best method for quality sleep and said they may become a habit similar to using a white noise machine or a baby using a pacifier for falling asleep.
However listening to it before going to sleep can really calm you down
