Computer freezing

Hello there.
I built my computer in December, and I haven't been having any problems with it. Everything was smooth and nice. About a week ago it started freezing randomly and when it did it didn't respond to mouse movements or keybord presses etc. If I was playing music when the freeze occured, it would be playing fine for about 10 sec, then I would get the sound loop effect thingy. Yesterday I got my first bluescreen, and that's what really has me worried.
What should I do?

I have some old demos lying on my hard drive from January to April. Every time i try to launch one of them, they're fine for about 3-5 seconds, but then my game crashes. Is there any fix to this?
