didn't work, the server still crashes from having more than 13 slots

I bought a 13-slot server for 6v6 with an extra slot for STV. When I try to enable STV using tv_enable 1 it says "extra slot was added for SourceTV". Since my server has only 13 slots, and the server owners do not allow for more than 13 slots it crashes the server. My question is, how do I make STV use the 13th slot, without having to create an additional 14th slot?

Also, I noticed on someone's stream that they had bushes, and lamps you can't stand on disappear from afar. Is that the same command as above or a different one?

Right now I'm using a pretty terrible headset that i picked up for like 10$, and I'm looking to buy a new one. I'll mostly play TF2 and listen to music.

I heard that it's better to buy headphones and a mic separately, but I haven't found any good combos.

I have about 100$ to spend. What do you guys recommend?

Yeah you can but it doesn't work as well as a ctap, it's still better than a normal rocket jump though.

Holding crouch in midair doesn't make you strafe better, but it does make you lose more momentum when hit with hitscan and get juggled more with projectiles.

If you still want to improve your hud, what I would find very useful is the ability to move different stuff like the HP number, ammo count, target ids etc, with some sort of preview of how it would look ingame. I know that you can change it by switching numbers in various files, but I find it painful to do it every time there's an update.
