I figured that people would start uploading 60fps proofs now, and honestly only 2 clips? I don't play cs:go enough to know exactly how everything works but the 1st one he might've seen the -very- top of the players head through the smoke, and the 2nd one could've just been random luck (at least from what it looks like at 30fps).

What's suspicious and shady as hell is when he locks onto apex's head and does almost a guilty flick away as if he realized what happened and tried to play it off. You don't have to be a genius to understand that you don't want the other side to be saving guns after a round ends. If he happened to see the top of apex's head and most likely heard him running(judging from the distance), why didn't he spray him down. It just seems really sketchy as well as the 8th and 12th shots that headshot.
