anyway to fix demos

if it's a .dem file and nothing was done to them, you should be able to open them up again when you reinstall tf2
just back them up someplace that's not in your tf folder just in case, and then put them back when you reinstall
on the other hand, how did your tf2 uninstall itself with the files still in the tf folder? sounds like a steam doesn't recognize your installed game to me

wickedplayer494- Do you use Avira as your antivirus protection? Have you noticed that everyone has become Sona Buvel-uh, I mean, silent? It may have falsely detected "mssmp3.asi" as malicious. Go grab it out of your quarantine, and everyone should get their voices back (thanks to /u/DatBoi73, /u/justaponyfan, and others for the reports)

you can manually backup your cfg folder somewhere, then use lawena's cfg folder that it would normally automatically use
lawena's cfg folder is in your lawena installation folder
then you'd have to manually set your host_framerate
then the binds should work as usual
how did your lawena break though, it should still be working
