Anyone have these I saw them on massdrop and wanted to buy them to replace the caps on my WASD CODE. Are they as good as the ones that came with mines?
WASD CODE boards come with thin ABS keycaps, so those thick PBT caps from vortex will be very different.
double-shot PBTs will, practically, never ever fade or lose texture.
PBT beats ABS by a long shot, in my opinion. feels better, lasts longer.
WASD keycaps are typically lower quality thin ABS, where vortex's PBTs are typically higher quality thick PBT.
PBT double shot is pretty much the end of the line when it comes to keycaps.
(double-shotting wasn't available for PBT keycaps for a long time, and its availability is rather new. it means that the legends are molded into the keycap itself, rather than printed/dyed/etched on top of the keycap at a later stage. this is why double shotted legends will not fade.)
so, to answer your question: they are way better!

left is double shot PBT from vortex,
right is ABS (from some ducky keyboard).
