People may not know this, but shiki sounds just like Tyrone. :D Plus he's a good all-around player.

Bump. We are still looking for a pocket that can grow with a team and can call. Had alot of tryouts, but I think its best to get someone in who can lead in the long-run.

You might have to remind me not to call, just gotta work on the trust. However, occasionally I will suggest pushes and positioning based on numbers, adv, damage dealt, and health of our players, etc (which I encourage everyone on the team to do as well).

Also could use more scout tryouts with experience in playoffs.

Go blueberry and co! No one regrets playing with blueberry and company. Can't go wrong playing with this crew.

Golem definitely deserves a chance. I have gotten to play with him on CK. All I have seen so far is his demo, but he shows interest in roamer as well. He has great comms and always shows a positive attitude.

Give him a chance. Has alot of potential.

Going to keep this simple.

I think the 2 biggest things I saw:
1) Communication, communication, and communication - Tell you team where there is a danger and what it is. Such as you saw the spy a lot and did not say a thing. You could have said "spy is around cart" or "soldier is on our med". Things like that.

2) Gotta push that cart. Always look to support while you are pushing. On offense you got to do your best to keep the cart going. So tell others that you're down and cannot push so others know to fill in that gap. If there is something blocking you from pushing, tell your teammates what it is so you can get that support.

So a few updates!

A few of my jumper admins, jupemalupe, stimpack, and bshear, took some initiative and helped out on the jump server. I just wanted you remind you jumpers out there to add it to your favorites.

Features include:
* deadchat
* bungee
* fov changer
* hide
* jump assist
* nominations and rtv for new maps
* showkeys
* a ton of maps
* skillsrank - database to store runs
* concs - like concussion grenades from tfc

Also related server updates:
* Dm server has dm on it, but I need to bump the player count down to 8. Remove demo stickies to 2. And limit classes through a plugin Fog helped me find.
* Badwater/Goldrush has no bots anymore, has no random crits and no spread. Please add that one to favs and get friends in!
* Added 2 pug groups -
1) SYOPS pugs generally high level pugs IM/main players. Most of the time word of mouth occasionally I'll post an announcement for a few more to join.- http://steamcommunity.com/groups/syopstf2 run by me.
2) Uber in 5 is generally for newer players http://steamcommunity.com/groups/uberin5pugs which are run by one of my admins Bleaky.

I still need to put up the quake dm mod, but I have been super busy with tf2/work/SYOPS
So could use a few more admins for helping out in pugs, populating/admin of pubs, growing the community.

I'm going to bump this for tonight.

Still looking for that dreamy pocket (+ demo/scout). :P I would prefer pocket who has exp and plays aggressive/supports others with the heals. If you're a WIP, you better have some A+ dm :3 with the real desire to learn. I don't mind teaching/working with a person on the game-sense side of things (which will happen regardless on a newly formed team). I already have 2 open playoffs and 2 IM playoffs under my belt as med + 2 seasons of off-classing pocket/demo/scout. So I yeah def willing to work with the right person.

Will ask you for your sensitivity. :P

Always enjoyed playing with him. Would play with again. I think dFlame has improved alot over the seasons and can only get better. I think main would be a great experience for him with the right people. Good luck.
