Writeup will be coming Soon™ when our writer elves are done with them :)
Thanks for your efforts Concordia, bunnybeast and Krystal!
As we work towards forming our official AsiaFortress Cast Team, we're glad that our community's casters have taken the effort to host casts on your own.
Best of luck for the future!
Wow, exciting. ;)

I will need to reach out to the communities in those regions and see if we can't get some support from them to get events going.
I'm listening. :D
Head Administrator for AsiaFortress which hosts PUGs and tournaments for the Asian TF2 scene, primarily South East Asia.
You can add me here.
cinderOne day we'll get an Asian team to beat froyo Kappa
Never say never ;)
Everton1992And the bronze match?
The match time is to be confirmed, but likely to be some time next week.
I will try to organize a cast for it as well :)
Thank you for your interest!
Thank you for all your kind support guys :D
Also great thanks to the awesome soul who helped me add the event to the sidebar and the forum page! Much appreciated.
Hey all you awesome people on this forum!
I'm the new Head Administrator for AsiaFortress, and I'd like to share with you guys that we're having our Division 1 Grand Finals soon! Here's a link to our official writeup if you wish to find out more about the teams competing. The links to the Twitch stream and the Saloon.TF page (for all you gamblers) can also be found in the above link.
The match will be on 5th September 2015 at 8 PM GMT+8. This should help you out with the timezone conversion.
For you folks who have been curious about the Asian TF2 scene, this is your chance to find out! If you can't make it, don't worry because we have an STV re-cast planned with better editing and etc.
If you have any questions about the tournament or league, just post below and I'll try my best to answer them.
Thanks for your interest, and hope to see you on stream!
Regards,
Caldoran
Thanks for all the help guys, I do appreciate it :)
Hi guys, was wondering if anyone with TF2 server/LAN experience could help me out here. Sorry if this is in the wrong board.
Basically, I'd like to have a public SourceTV on a LAN-only server. Is this possible? If yes, how could I go about doing it? If no, do you have any suggestions to help my situation?
At the moment, I have a SourceTV set up for a LAN server, but when a client tries to connect from outside the LAN, they get this message: Disconnect: SourceTV server is restricted to local spectators (class C)
Thanks for any help in advance, much appreciated.
If it comes down to it we can always use the SourceTV demos to submit for post-game casting, so it'll be great if everyone also marks down important moments you want to showcase on the cast.
And Saki can get to show off his 20 fps inducing triple Unusual + Professional Killstreak eye thing head :D
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm not answering or posting on anyhow's behalf, just as you aren't for daddy's. I'm offering my counterpoints to your posts in the hopes that you could perhaps see what I see. I don't know why they have not posted in response to your posts; Perhaps they see nothing to reply to, or they do not wish to exacerbate the situation; I'm not sure.
I've mentioned to members of daddy's that I can sympathize with their situation and can only imagine the frustration they must feel; However, that isn't an adequate justification for the way they are acting and what they have posted in my opinion. I hope you can at least agree those actions are not exactly sportsman-like.
Either way, the issue has more or less blown over, though the negative emotions on both sides certainly remain. As a person with friends on both teams, I wish for nothing more than reconciliation between the two teams, as, has been mentioned, several relationships have been strained or broken.
As a player in the Asian scene, I also hope that both the grand finals and bronze ranking matches would be epic and exciting to watch, and not end once again in the disappointment of the semi-finals match.
