Feels good so far. What kind of art should I stick on it?

Also for some inexplicable reason they threw this into the box.

#1 Cheap earbuds/headphones in Hardware

Hey. It's not games but I'm looking for a cheap set of earbuds or a headset for general use, mostly outside. Only requirements are:
- if it's earbuds, I prefer not to have the little rubber thing that sticks inside your ear
- if it's a headset, it should be somewhat flexible as I'll be using it in the gym

Any recommendations?

#24 Is the Scottish Resistance Viable? in TF2 General Discussion
Mr_OwlHardcoreYou could run it to Gully mid if you wanted maybe. Its still borderline useless though.
fast rollout wouldn't work with the ScoRes

You might be able to do snakewater with it since you can see each jump ahead of time and put a sticky there.

Did they fix that dumb double explosion bug yet?

#48 Incident Wrap-up in TF2 General Discussion
frknThis is true but I would still argue that it is not good sportsmanship. Which is required by the rules. I don't care either way on the fine. *shrug*

I think the problem is "sportsmanship" is far too vague as a rule.

The system has to be set up so that a team doesn't stand to gain anything by throwing a match. Seems obvious, but much easier said than done, of course.

#1 Tabbing bug? in Off Topic

On the off chance that someone knows, I've been getting this weird bug on Windows.

It's hard to explain: what happens is that I'll be doing something in some program, and every couple of minutes it acts like I clicked on the desktop (open windows stay where they are but fullscreen things minimize). So whatever I was doing stops, and whatever I continue to press doesn't do anything. This makes it annoying to browse/type, and impossible to play games.

No idea what's causing it, but I'd like to continue without reverting. If it helps, I've been having a few problems in the past couple days:
- Shortly after logging on from booting, Windows would crash, give me some message about DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, then restart. Only seems to happen once or twice before I can boot without incident.
- McAfee won't let me uninstall it: using Programs and Features, it brings me a white window that doesn't do anything
- Recently installed VirtualBox, System Shock 2; recently uninstalled Ubuntu

#7 Get on my level in Off Topic
PizzaI swear, once my friend was installing something through steam and the "Time remaining" counter stayed at "5 years and 22 days" or something along those lines for about 10 minutes.

The fact that that would even show up is silly.

Still waiting for the roll of wire to arrive so I can actually wire those parts in.

#6 new item like the earbuds but for linux in TF2 General Discussion
SnookiThe difference between this and buds is that linux is free and fairly easy to run inside of other op systems.

That, plus they were added back when people were way less savvy to hats (pre/early trading days)

#7 Windows 8 flash player/Firefox issues in Off Topic
TechDudesnip

Already tried both several times, neither worked anyway. What's working for some isn't working for me.

I can deal with some of the questionable design choices (no start menu, using shortcuts for everything instead of clicking, downloads messing up the desktop because of the .part), but all the compatibility issues and the reinstalling is a real pain.

cefyrinUninstalling Flash and Firefox, and then updating to the latest versions worked for me.

That worked for me for a couple days, then stopped.

The other thing is, with the flash installer, it will say complete but give me a "cancel" instead of a "finish" button for some reason.

Nothing.

Only know that it's something to do with a script. 18.0.2 by the way.

I also can't launch GTA4. Probably won't work until they come out with a working service pack.

#1 Demo/pocket LF mid open/cevo in Recruitment (looking for team)

Looking to get back into the game. I can do either pocket or demo, and while I know each role decently it's been a while since I've done anything other than pugs.

I'm available most nights & weekend afternoons, feel free to add me for tryouts.

#1 Windows 8 flash player/Firefox issues in Off Topic

So I got Windows 8 (it came with the computer) and there's a compatibility issue with Firefox and Flash Player that's causing it to freeze up (not crash, just freeze). Something about a script being stuck, from what I understand. So I can't load basic stuff like GMail and half the videos on youtube using FF. Does anyone know if a fix for this exists?

I've tried the basic stuff on google: reinstalling, older versions of Flash, admin privileges, compatibility modes, reinstalling Firefox after flash, disabling some scripts, reinstalling Visual C++/sql/.net. The best I've gotten was a couple days before the problem returned and the flash element crashing instead of freezing up the whole browser.
