KZwhatever you want to call it placebo, exploit, etc, there were people happy using it because they felt the difference.
Again you are just stting in itemtest shooting pipes, why dont you try running some t6 demo maps with some air pogo action and then make a case for yourself.
Its the same as a pubber wanting to use all default 75 fov, 100ms lerp, etc (its a choice).
"So what if its placebo, people liked the placebo!"
"Pubbers actively choose bad net settings!"
"The only way I'll listen to you is if ur a tier 6 demo jumper!"
neonif you had to rely on interp cheating to play demo(including jumping) ur retarded

I don't think people hovering indefinately is "skillful". If anything it removes skill from other parts of the game if you can do that, instead of going for a crazy bomb, having good positioning, team cordination etc. Instead you're just hovering above a chokepoint/doorway waiting for people to walk through it. Where is the skill in that?
Also it's a different thing to remove a bug compared to banning it

EDIT: I don't know in what patch or when this wallbug boost was fixed but I'm 97% certain it no longer works
Basically: Soldiers and demomen can get stuck on any angled brush, even far up in the sky in case of clipbrushes and just hover indefinately. It can also be used to avoid fall damage completely.
