Yah. Personally for cheating I think 1 year is a bit lax as well. I mean if u install aimbot/walls that should be a 1 year ban in itself. If you actually use it, or even use it in an official game it should be way longer than 1 year
reakoI mean people celebrate celebrities dying all the time, and people get pissed but ultimately they dont care. it's kind of a double standard to punish one and not the other.
Celebreties and a passionate etf2l admin who the rest of the staff probably knew quite well is a bit of a difference isn't it?

YeeHawThis is the weakest ‘evidence’ of cheating I have ever seen. In most of these clips he has a reasonable reason to look through a wall (i.e. pushing out of last —-> look towards second direction) or context is probably missing (player behind is called before clip starts).
What cheat is this even meant to be, I guess walls + aimbot? He obviously doesn’t aimbot which you can tell by playing against him and even in most of these clips he is missing a lot of shots. The ‘aimbot’ in these clips doesn’t flick to the same part of the body every time either, simple aimbots like this that will lock onto people through walls will lock into the exact same part of the model every time.
As far as wallhacking why would someone flick to a target behind a wall if they see them through the wall already? It would just draw suspicion to themselves and it’s not what real wallhackers look like. It’s far more likely that he is just a scout with a high sens or small mousepad who is resetting his view when running towards a fight. If you turned off the xray I’m pretty sure that most of his mouse movements would make complete sense. By the way, The source engine doesn’t even render players client side who are behind a certain amount of walls and a certain distance away, so these clips you show of him ‘flicking’ to someone are not possible using cheats unless he is hacking the pugchamp servers somehow lol.
As far as the video goes I don’t know why it was even made. If you think he’s cheating and particularly if you think he’s toggling why would you post this video? It’s nowhere near strong enough evidence for him to be banned outright so all you are doing is giving him a chance to hide his hacks. If you think you have good enough evidence ask an AC admin to look at the demo (not like any AC admin would try and accuse someone of cheats after looking at an STV) instead of making it a public shitshow. If you make a video people are going to be split about it unless it’s rock solid evidence and if you scare him into toggling off people will doubt your allegation all the more going forward.
Finally if you’re going to make public allegations about a serious matter (as far as video games go) like someone cheating, at least have the balls to not hide behind a layer of irony or a jokey veneer because a lot of people who watched this video didn’t know whether to take it seriously or not (and it makes you look retarded).
Thank you King, very nice arguments all around. But it is important to not only focus on the negative parts of the video. I think it was masterfully crafted and also he displayed some incredible music choice for this series. All the clips were very relevant and some of the slow-downs are just so perfect not even Michael Bay could do better. But with that said YeeHaw my king, you hit the nail on its head regarding the validity of these claims and wether or not they should be considered to be real.
There's actual concerns that could be raised. Beyond what my dear king yeehaw has pointed out, perhaps this is an indication that Matthes account is compromised, by say a hacker, sibling, grandparent or bot? Or maybe he's mentally degrading. Fear not Matthes, if the real you sees this thread or the new you is seeing it, please, we are here for you! And if you cannot access your account anymore I'm sure steam support will be able to assist you in most matters here.
But if it is you and you are indeed on your 12th layer of irony, remember that those layers always can be removed. There is such thing as rehabilitation, and my King, we are here to help.

I heard from some people that having to rename their class configs is too much of a hassle (to scout_c.cfg from scout.cfg)
Personally I never knew why you had to do this in the first place.

MarxistCaucusing takes a long fucking time so voter turnout is usually really low, also, the Republicans didn't need to Caucus since nobody is really running against Trump. Also if you aren't registered to the party (which most people aren't) you aren't allowed to caucus to begin with.
