he got in on OW early in the beta and hes just really entertaining to watch because hes very talented at the game, it didnt take him long to get ahead of the curve and it made him one of the best overwatch players in the game

When I was like 10 I took the lightbulb out of a lamp in my room and put some of these batteries in the lamp and turned it on. It instantly fried the lamp, the outlet I plugged it into, and turned the electricity in our house off and back on.
I was so terrified I unplugged it and stuffed it in the back of my closet and didn't want to throw it away because I thought the garbage men would find it, see it didn't work, and come back to my house and ask my parents why its broken.

the only reason geel would say they're competent after talking to them is because his livelihood rides on the fact people think TF2 is in good hands or geel is as terrible at tf2 as they are, probably a combination of both

MM FPS still awful

Boomfan56On dx8 I could easily get 100 fps at essentially all times, but now with the forced settings for MM I hover around 50 when nothing is happening and dip down to ~20 during fights. When I was playing snakewater I got sub 20 fps almost the entire game. I can't aim properly. My computer is pretty bad but I wouldn't think that I should get 20% of the fps I was getting before just because of dx9. I even turned on sillygibs and it didn't really help.
Is anyone else having this problem/ know anything to try to at least make this game playable again?
It's gonna sound weird but have you tried putting your video settings on high? Flame made a thread recently about the game sometimes running more smoothly when placed at high settings and from this update that was exceptionally true for me.

azarunThat was honestly not a major update but a major fuck up. Valve had no clue that they were doing. You cant say they care anymore.
Listen I went from getting 90fps on dx80 all low settings in pubs to 150-250 on max settings in dx90 because of this update, I don't think they'd do that if they didn't care.

I wish they just changed the Overdose's effect to passive instead of buffing the speed + letting medic run fast while healing scouts.
I swear making the overdose passive is all it needs to actually contend with the crossbow

N3voAir_Checking areas is one of the most important skill, still 90% of players fail to check spots that've been here forever. Atleast it was a map where you would get punished hard for being careless while repushing last.N3voRIP Badlands, the best thing about it was that fast capping last punishing any team not organized enough to hold properlyyou actually think the best part of blands is that last capped if you blinked are you actually disabled
if by "punished hard" you mean "instantly lose the game" because someone isnt constantly standing at every flank so a scout cant skillessly stand on a point and instantly win
