I'd recommend some Pioneer, Sennheiser or AudioTechnica headphones + cheap clip-on mic.
My headphones are the Pioneer SE-M290 and they sound p good.

might not be your ssd or sound card, happened to me because the mumble overlay, so try disabling it.
also, try disabling steam cloud, but i don't know if these 2 things would help you with this specific issue, you don't lose anything trying.

Doraemon was the shit.
Kinnikuman, gs mikami, slam dunk, dbz + movies, ranma 1/2, case closed, slayers, saint seiya + ovas, nube, yu-gi-oh and pokemon (first season), hunterxhunter and evangelion are the animes I can remember.
A year ago i watched the golden boy ovas and it was sooo funny, totally recommended.
I always wanted to watch rurouni kenshin, samurai champloo, ninja scroll, ghost in the shell, akira, trigun and hellsing but I've lost interest in anime.
