Movement like in CS except no counter strafe and it's slower. Game mode literally CS. No projectile guns, only hitscan. Completely random spray after the first 8-9 bullets. Seems like just an easier version of CS with crutch abilities.

They don't have dumbbells or rocks laying around in prisons and excercises involving them are not there in programs such as convict conditioning.
But yes, in theory weighted pullups/dips and some stuff with rocks should work the best I suppose. At least I hope so because that's what I'm doing, I actually dragged rocks from the forest nearby to imitate some strongman workouts too lol.
