Ombrack/Opti top 2 (undecided which way. Opti is more Chad but Ombrack holds himself higher. Confidence can be seen as attractive)

Best mid I've ever seen. Top 8 team in EU btw.
Thank you mr sir Bloodis that does indeed shed some light.
A decision made by the ETF2L Staff on the first round of div 1 playoffs has sparked some controversy. This match http://etf2l.org/matches/76345/ during the map of gullywash, team D&D broke a class limit rule, and successfully defended an uber dis-ad last hold after wiping on mid. They were punished with a single minor warning.
You can see for yourself here: https://clips.twitch.tv/OptimisticShakingRavenStinkyCheese (courtesy of BigBoyCasts).
There are two crucial points I would like to bring up. Firstly, ETF2L Staff handle rulebreaks on a case by case basis. Sometimes a rule break has no effect on the game, and so a minor warning is acceptable. Other times, the same rule break can massively change the tempo of a game, and the result of the match as a whole should be brought into question. Secondly, the outcome of this match could effect whether or not the teams get into the premiership division by winning div 1. Prem is held to a higher standard than other divs due to the broadcasting, and wanting to maintain top level competition.
For the first point, this was clearly an impactful rulebreak. The defending team is two men down after the offensive team get two frags with their uber. The push is then COMPLETELY halted by a player going pyro whilst the previous pyro was in the respawn queue. The rule is that a dead teammate counts as a player on the field. Meaning you can't kill, for example a medic, and then have another teammate swap to medic, and your medic comes up another class to preserve uber advantage. I emphasise the COMPLETELY halted part, because it was. The attacking team would have successfully pushed the last point with ease if the pyro was not there, making the map a 2-2 scoreline with 10 minutes left. That is an example of completely changing the tempo of a match using a rule break. If the attacking team had won the round anyway, that is an example of a little to no effect rule break. In the little to no effect scenario, that is where a minor warning would suffice. This is an unfair ruling given by the staff since the scoreline could very well be different. The two solutions are simple. Either replay 10 minutes, or the entire map of gullywash, and if Chimpanz Instinct take the map, then the decider map is played.
For the second point, this match could decide which team plays in the prem div in ETF2L. Why is this rulebreak being treated so mildly? It should be held to the same standards a prem official is held to.
Share your thoughts. I think the map should be replayed in its entirety, perhaps others have other interesting propositions on how to handle future cases.
