G400, Zowie AM or EC1/2, or Deathadder are all great alternatives. If you are unsure about it just go to Best Buy and buy them, try them out, and return them after you buy the one you like more.

Try the keyboard on another computer and see if the problem persists. If you really think you got a virus, slave your drive to another computer, pull out only essential information, wipe or disk zero the drive, and reformat.
You could mess around in safe more to fix things but that doesn't always work. It's your call.
Why isn't it 10 slots instead of 8?
For the tf.tv pub, what about trying to get it on the quick play list?
Would have been awesome to see the TF2 guys tear it up.

This is why I keep a separate folder with a copy of my hud; makes fixing these issues a lot easier.

I've got a Zowie ec2 eVo and Artisan Hein Mid. The tracking is great and there's no skipping at all.
You'll be happy with the ATH-AD900's. I used closed cans for years and recently purchased open cans (AD700). The bass isn't that great but the sound stage is incredible and I can hear a lot of sounds from across the map. Enjoy!

You do need a visa. Tried to get my family in the US for a weekend for a wedding and it was still a hassle after showing them the wedding invitations and all. We ended up having to pull some strings with an ambassador.
