one of the best frag videos i have ever seen. it's like project fairs, you have people who try and invent crazy things, stick to old basic roots for the participation credit or just try to go all out and come up short. it's like 2 bucks a month for the lowest cost can you really not ask your parents, if you really want to develop your website under a website name you can reserve a domain and then forward mask it to your public IP and then set up a program called XAMPP (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html also may be other alternatives). After setting up xampp forward port 80 and easy. But if you can buy a domain it doesn't really make sense to jump through hoops and expose your router to avoid buying a host though.
