It kinda didn't work

The sprites I need help with is a critical hit icon and the thing that makes the laser dot on the sniper scope disappear. It will also help if you tell me how to install custom explosions and flames and stuff.

When I try to move my mouse cursor in tf2 it keeps going back to the same position. I already tried reinstalling tf2 and verifying cache files.

First I got this maxframes fps config. After I got it it did not work for a few days then it worked suddenly. I decided to change fps configs and used stabby's auto exec that I got from his steam group. After that my mouse cursor started acting weird. Everytime I try to move it it goes back in the same position over and over again. After that I tried removing stabby's auto exec and then I replaced it with maxframes again. It did not work and I reinstalled tf2 and validated the cache files 3 times and it still won't work. I'm not trying to blame anyone I just need this fixed.

I kinda got how to bind the stuff and all but my problem is with the quick switch. I use q to quick switch weapons and stuff.
Uhhh... guys, I don't really want to start an argument I just need to know how to do this with the quick switch.
For the guy who wants to know I prefer a low sensitivity for my gun to aim and a high sensitivity for my knife for better trickstabbing. This does not apply to other classes such as scout or soldier. This config is only for my spy.

Sprites like explosions and stuff. I tried putting them in my custom folder and it did not work.

To start off I never chose to use a mac I was forced to so I'm stuck with a working computer instead of a gaming one.
I haven't tried using the chris' configs yet because I never actually got them to work. I'm looking for better ways to improve my fps because my maximum so far is 60 and it usually goes down to 30 or 40. I already installed the hatless mod if that helps.

When I play spy I like having a high sensitivity for the knife and a low sensitivity for the gun.
I also like having a high sensitivity for my scattergun and sniper rifle. How do I change the sensitivity for a specific weapon slot and class? I use 1 2 3 4 and q to change weapons.

I already did that but it still won't appear

I changed visible and enabled to "1" but it just won't appear. Should I download something?

TF2 crashes whenever I enter a server and pick a class to play. Sometimes it crashes right after its done loading. When I remove the custom skins it does not crash. I really would like to keep these custom skins so please tell me how to fix the crashing.
