Does anyone know what might be causing the mvm wave icons to move up when I turn minmode on? Theres no x_minmode or anything like that in any of the mvm hud files, just health and ammo and democharge. Ex:
minmode off

minmode on

On a side note, does anyone know what is making the class icons in the mvm wave panel so white?
Edit: figured out what was making the class icons white, also figured out what res files affect the wave display, but none have minmode values in them.
Mr_HarvardFireStarwhere you go (warning, only tested on 1080x1050 resolution)wut
i derped, its 1680 by 1050
Edit: also added a readme to the dl to hopefully clear up any confusion
here you go (warning, only tested on 1680x1050 resolution), make sure cl_hud_minmode is set to 1:

there are a bunch of other things edited, I might get around to making a readme that says whats different from eve hud
Also the tf2 logo healthbar is a separate mod:

Sort of a KBN hud with ToonHud sticky meters as a minmode inside eve hud

(only tested on 1680 x 1050 res)
Edit2: added readme
I figured out how to change the xpos of the ammo number,in TargetDataLabel add "textinsetx" and set its value positive to move it right and negative to move it left.

Edit: and this also makes engineer building text clipped, I wound up just doing a different fix altogether.
I dont want it removed, I just want to move the ammo number up so it has a background
Edit: thanks for mentioning its part of the player data, changing the position of that lets me move the number
Double Edit: it seems I can only change the y position though, thanks valve for hardcoding things...
Does anyone know if the ammo count number in the healing target id as medic can be moved? I've checked targetid.res, clientscheme and hudlayout and there seems to be nothing related to it.
edit: this (dont mind the clipping charge beam) http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/28474501049502745/08973920DC236C54E4AE8FA5C78CBF1F94FB5494/
Someone on facepunch said the chat channels thing is from dota
If you have any custom sound mods, for whatever reason either sv_pure or the vpk cache will cause some noise to play after your custom sounds play, and sometimes randomly. However I've only noticed this with my non hitsound sound mods (class select mostly), so if your only custom sound is a hitsound, then none of this matters probably.
That console command is really cool, but it didn't tell me anything I didn't know already, the only file affecting this is mainmenuoverride.res. However, I tried out this old menu file, http://tf2.gamebanana.com/guis/24179, and noticed it had both panels on the same side without cutting off (though the text and buttons weren't there), for some reason negative numbers work for the x position. I'm not sure how I'll get them on the right side with negative numbers though, at least the 3 images aren't affected by this oddity.

(Don't mind the uncentered avatar) Does anyone have any clue what causes hud elements to disappear once they've moved over on the x position too much? I only changed the x position of the achievements panel and it and the class panel start cutting off, if I try moving it over more it causes both panels to disappear. I looked in hudlayout.res and didn't find anything useful. I can understand if no one is sure since these old panels were resurrected only a few days ago.
all huds can be used in linux, just use the right directory
