Cherry, have you thought about having saloon linked to from backpack.tf and/or trade.tf's "community" dropdown lists? Trade.tf seems particularly lenient on who they link since it seems any site related to trading is linked under there so I was surprised saloon.tf wasn't in that list.
Being linked on either of those sites would give saloon a lot of visibilty to those that trade and aren't aware of competitive sites such as this.

Basically make an element that is the position you want and then you pin the icon to that.
i tried to long shadows
Kinda pixely and required 16+shadow entries (not good for fps)
So if you're at 6 health you'll see half a cross technically?
_KermitIt looks pretty nice but have you moved the health cross away from a random spot in the middle of the screen? Other than that being sort of in the way I'd say it looks great.
It's like that on purpose so you can see an estimate of your health by the crosshair, but I made an option to put it on the side to keep everything away from the crosshair as well.

1280x1024 is a 5:4 res so be sure to use those overides though they won't affect the chat

There's no rotate property or anything but swapping the xpos and ypos and/or swapping the wide and tall values for an element might give you the same effect.

Finished my Hud and realized I was missing a 6v6 scoreboard:
The server info and stuff looked out of place on the top though so it doesn't match the normal scoreboard :\

Health regen while building was fixed 2 years ago almost, the rest has been untouched.
