weird brightness problem

ghettoso, basically 30 minutes ago my game has been freaking out. The brightness goes really high for a second, flashes that way and then it goes back to normal every second. I recently got a new graphics card, it's NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 and I recently put it in about a few days ago and I've updated all the drivers. I have no idea what the problem could possibly be.
Are you running the game in dx8? if so, you'll need to do dx9 with the new drivers

SevinI'm playing on 1920x1080 and I cannot get the crosshairs to stop clipping, no matter how small I make the font.
Could you provide a screenshot?
Also what operating system are you on?

bowswer5Hey Fog is there anyway to download the crosshair files separately or be able to toggle them, or are these strictly static HUD crosshairs? I'm really digging that crosshair above "Z" that I would like have in my crosshair switcher.
These are static HUD crosshairs. If you were planning to use it in a sv_pure 2 server, it wouldn't work in a crosshair switcher anyways I don't think

wareyaI run FontForge in a VM. It doesn't crash anywhere near as much.
It's a nice workaround to deal with the crashing issues of FontForge, but it's such a hassle to get set up that it would kill my mood to work on the crosshairs after waiting for the OS to boot up and then having to transfer back and forth between the VM and the host PC

I switched over from FontForge to FontLab's TypeTool to make my newest version of fonts. To actually make the glyphs, I used Adobe Illustrator.

nvidia shadowplay + twitch

synchroNot sure if this was posted already, but nvidia just added beta twitch streaming to their GeForce Shadowplay stuff (it previously just recorded to disk). The video card will be directly pushing up frames, which should drastically improve performance. I believe it only works on GeForce 6/700 series cards.
Awesome, does it work with OBS?
