Hey guys, there appears to be multiple ways for this bug to actually activate, I've yet to isolate any other methods, but the common thing appears to be when spectating a person in first person view. Valve has yet to respond to my e-mail, so I'm unsure if they're aware of one of the ways to reproduce it
