SpaceCadetAm I the only one who thinks playing Casual mode is incredibly more fun than playing Competitive? I have lost mostly all interesting in queing up for competitive.
So often you get grouped dudes who go engineer and defend last when the round starts. sigh or ppl just straight up leave the server.
Yeah, I can agree with you there, the thing about casual is that you get XP and level even if you lose, so what you do to help the team is more important than the team functioning well together in terms of progression. In all honesty people have complained about casual replacing quickplay but it really isn't that bad.
i dont get it can u explain it to me lol xD
the trailer is extremely difficult to sit all the way through but it looks promising.
This update completely broke the choose your own maps in casual apparently, I've gotten into 2 payload maps i specifically unchecked on the UI. I should probably be more surprised than I am, but it's become typical at this point.
Yo bump this, we need a pocket and scout still for next season. Pert plays closer to combo, so we legitimately just need a scout with solid dm and the ability to walk forward. You don't need to be able to main call to play pocket, I'll handle it if you can't.
Also if an admin is reading this a change in the title would be helpful.
It would be neat if I didn't get penalized for abandoning a match because I didn't want to give the scumbag who is cheating on the server free elo
Muselk was on disney xd once did you know that lol
In my opinion, if you're going to lock viewmodels on, I think that a more appealing looking distance should be set as default. 54 is too close looking to the screen and both looks unappealing and obstructs the amount of things capable of being seen on your screen. I do like the minimized viewmodel because it fixed the obstruction problem at least for me, but it's still completely distracting and unappealing at fov_viewmodel 54. Something from 75-85 should be standard, whatever the largest number is that doesn't create the glitch with the arms, to make it look appealing.
I also find it kind of odd that CSGO has a similar system to the minimized viewmodel, except it's way more customizable with the ability to move it around to your liking with a variety of commands put into the console. If Valve somehow added commands to do something similar in TF2, it wouldn't be hard to move the weapons for every slot on every class, and I think people would be much happier with this level of customization. Some other styles of minimizing would also be neat, something in the advanced options to pick a different level of minimizing, for people that don't necessarily want to take the time to mess around with the commands. The minimized viewmodel itself is a good idea, I just think it could use some work.
today my 6 stack got put against a European 6 stack in a Chile server, id prefer if that didn't happen
