Update, I just reseeded every power cable and CMOS battery to no avail.

I have the EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power Supply, I've checked very closely for looseness on the board, every connector and header looks as secure as physically possible. To note is that I'm currently on my old setup with the i5 and stock fan, I reapplied thermal paste just now with no luck.
edit: The outlet I was testing the PC on just blew out, sign of a PSU problem? This has been very strange.
yttriumYou didn't forget thermal paste, right?
I did not.
So last night I replaced my CPU and its fan (intel core i5-2330 with stock fan) with a new set (used intel core i7-3770k with Noctua NH-D14). After doing this, my system just will not turn on. Power is getting through the motherboard (Intel DZ77GAL-70K), but will not boot for some reason. The fans on both the CPU and case will spin for a split second but will turn off after a red indicator on the bottom left will flash, indicating "HOT," which is referring to the lack of a fan as far as I can tell from the documentation. I tried going back to the old processor and fan, same results. I have a 500W PSU, so that can't be the problem. If anyone could offer some insight as to what they think is going on, that'd be great.
Then can you detail exactly which lines are supposed to go in the autoexec?
Edit: for anyone that's confused as to what the fuck he's talking about, he's saying just take the ConVar sections and paste them into autoexec, and then delete the portions of the lines that say "ConVar."

ReeroFUNKerob once spent an hour beefing on me for "joining plat by manipulating social ladders"
What does that even mean
In the UGC HL community there's this stigma that if someone doesn't think you belong in a division the only reason you're on a team in that division is because you're friends with the leader. He basically found the most complex but stupid at the same time way to call him bad.
Alright, so if you really want to start fresh, before you get back to the drawing board, I would like to offer my two-cents that I have gathered from reading your threads, what people have said in them, and what I've observed about the creation of config content. If you don't want to read, that's fine, you do you!
To start off, you should probably know that the reason people are having such a hard time understanding where you're coming from is that the configs have the same exact appearance in both organization and visuals. In reality, this wouldn't be a problem if you stated it was just a combination of a bunch of different configs you've researched. The optimal word here being research, meaning you would put the effort forth and really dug deep into the configs to see which settings actually give the best results. This will require a lot of benchmark testing on your part, just follow the directions I sent you and you'll be fine. Just remember to provide the benchmarks as a part of your post for your final config. If you would like a more solid system to benchmark with, as I see your computer is a little on the whimpy side, you can add me and I'll run the benchmark test on my system.
At the end of the day, you started off with neutral credibility in those who were going to use your config, but when you started making more threads and trying to optimize your config, people started to wonder why you kept making threads, considering the idea that people think that comanglia's thread is the most optimal (his configs provide the better frame rate consistency and proof to back this up in most cases). To fix this, you will need to create literature for your config that is both easy to digest and different from everyone else's config threads.
tl;dr, work on your grammar and punctuation when you post, and explain everything you do with your contigs with solid undeniable proof.
Good luck, and I truly hope you can make a solid contribution to the way we can make our broken, unoptimized game run smoother!
if you would just benchmark every time you made any changes it would make 100% more sense than what you're doing right now.
the first story is pretty crazy considering your team died preseason iirc
That wasn't a very intensive benchmark, as we have no idea under what conditions that frame rate was grabbed from. By benchmarking, I was referring to following the directions in this thread. If I were you I'd run the benchmark several times on different configs as well, making sure to sanitize your game as much as possible by running a different config before executing the other frame rate booster configs that has the settings created by putting -default in your launch options. You can do this by putting "host_writeconfig derp full" into your console when in -default game.
To clarify, the way those "special codes" work is they override a previously set value, meaning that if you want people to switch over to your config instead you're going to have to offer some kind of instructions on how to choose what they want. If they just "leave it be" the settings will stay the same from either default TF2 or whatever config they were last using.
On a side note, some kind of benchmark or something that substantiates using a config that is this visually cluttered would be great.
in the enable/disable sections you literally have both sections commented out
did you change anything at all or is it just a straight cut and paste job
sandblastPanda-DavesandblastI thought RoL played IM. I get denied when I add up on a class that's not my main. hmmmmm.
RoL did not post his esea account. Does he play IM?
I played 1 game in IM as scout before our pocket disappeared leading our team to death. I also added up on pocket which is 100% not IM level.
You managed to completely deviate from your point there, but regardless Rain of Light is currently rostered on an open team: https://play.esea.net/users/766665
