damni took my sweet time to catch up on the thread before jumping to the end to see what brad had said

defyoh yeah sorry but that is just wrong. not trying to be preachy here or derail off topic, i have 2 dogs and i know it can get hectic at times. but leaving a dog in a cage for a long time or outside all day is the worst. sorry but i hate seeing it or hearing about it. punishing a dog wont make it learn, it will just make it upset and thats it
there's nothing wrong with crate training a dog - surely not for a two hour shoutcast.
excited
and hoping the CEVO and twitch tourneys are still happening so there'll be a lot of content over the next 6 weeks or so to promote tf2 (and this donation drive).
Is Post-Apocalyptic taking the season at all serious? I haven't seen them scrim (but I only watch the streams)
#3 was great and #8 was underrated (med kills half the team at mid?)

Is the widowmaker really so much of a problem that it should be banned?
marmadukeGRYLLSHandcuffedthere's no way that esea doesn't cover its direct TF2 costs with their TF2 revenues. if they didn't, the league would have certainly increased its prices or gotten out of the league a long time ago.
what exactly are the direct costs? Killing/Kalkin (tri), the TF2 writers (lol), the TF2 servers, and the LAN costs related strictly to TF2 (so, 24? PCs, the prize pot, and theoretically some of the cost of a venue if a smaller/cheaper venue would be utilized if there wasn't TF2). i'm not doing the math (mainly because ESEA's website sucks and I don't want to look through standings to count teams + calculate league fees), but I'm absolutely certain those costs are covered.
the math has been posted already. you are wrong.
that's surprising

Who calls for that team? Milo?
O/U on drops of Xalox on the weekend now set at 9.5
is there some sort of referral link that i can use to buy something from zowie? something that would give tf.tv credit for the sale?

8) Does CEVO require Social Security Numbers to distribute winnings?
Assuming your winnings are paid in cash, this would almost assuredly be yes.
the cash prize for CEVO (assuming there is no LAN for the first season) will be interesting because net of travel ($0 for the first season), those top players would have the opportunity to actually make more money for winning than what they ordinarily pocket. assuming that the prize is fairly substantial, i'd wager top players would be competitive for that online-only season (even though they'd likely leave the league eventually with no LAN to compete for).
