I'd also be willing to try out demo.

Hello,
I'm relatively new to the comp scene, but I feel like I'm picking it up very quickly. I'm looking to play demo primarily, on anything from ESEA-O and lower. I'd also be willing to pocket at the same levels, but I'd prefer to play demo. Feel free to message me for a tryout!

Not being healed

Being Healed

Thanks for the help, now I can't not know if I'm being healed, even if I tried.
I was wondering where I could find this hud element. Sometimes I don't notice when a medic has stopped healing me because the little box that shows "healed by [this person]: 55% ubercharge" is a little too subtle, and I want to make it more obvious.
Also, is there a way to change how this is shown on the hud? I was thinking if my health could change to a different color while the heal beam was on me (I know in most huds, your health number changes when you are buffed, but I mean a separate color from that), and if the ubercharge percentage could be shown separate from that little dialogue box, in larger numbers, closer to what it'd look like on the medic's hud.
In fact, if there was a way to take the Ubercharge Meter from the medic's hud, and make it work on any other class, that would be amazing.
FzeroHereThereBeTygersMarxistI know it's kinda late on in the discussion.
But a few things (I have a degree in History AND ANOTHER equally useless degree in economics if you need trust factor).
1. Bloodsire, almost no company ever is having to reduce employment or stop hiring because of obamacare - it's simply not that large of a concern. However, companies haven't been hiring as much, and have been generally cutting back on hours, since 2008 - a continued trend that we see exhibited here. Having to pay an extra 30$ a month so some dude you hire can have health insurance is a drop in the bucket for most businesses - unless they already have other problems (thus not hiring and reducing hours - again, a general trend since 2008). It's an absurdity to suggest that the extra fees now associated with full time employees would dissuade somebody from hiring, unless they were already not going to hire anybody. While I do agree with you that part-time union employees kinda got unnecessarily fucked. Right now the fine is only 95$, which, if you don't need insurance isn't such a big deal, furthermore if you're only a part time employee you'll likely be able to enroll (being over 26 like myself) in the open enrollment period if you're afraid of that 95$ fine.
My uncle runs a brewery and restaurant, and he said that Obamacare will most likely make them shut down, or at least drastically reduce his hours (only serve dinner during the winter season, only lunch and dinner during summer).
Everyone says that seems to only watch FOX. In fact, most places would be exempt since they don't have enough employees.
I'm not pretending to understand Obamacare, just reporting what my uncle told me (and he's done research). He has over 50 full-time employees, which is the minimum amount where it becomes required. His business doesn't make enough money in one year to cover the amount Obamacare will cost him to pay for all of their healthcare. (this won't take effect until after this season however).

Based off of a short story by Ray Bradbury. It sounded pretty sweet (and the story, like anything by Bradbury, is fucking awesome).
TooniTF2_MooseEven if you're running multiple monitors TF2 will limit your horizontal FOV, so there really is no advantage to running anything higher than a widescreen monitor as far as getting any extra sight on your peripherals
Have you seen what Ruskeydoo uses? http://i.imgur.com/PLl52.jpg
Is he managing that through that FOV plugin? Or can he do that with vanilla tf2 settings?
What's wrong with the built in FOV? It seems just fine for me...

As previously stated, you receive more push from hitscan and projectiles if you are crouching in the air, but it's also worthy to note that your hitbox is smaller while crouched.
Crouching or not crouching does not affect strafing, and neither does having your equalizer out.
Jumping from the left is sometimes your best option if you need to bomb someone or make a quick escape in 6s.
And the way I learned to jump from the left was just practicing it. Not much else to it.
Watch Techno's guide to roaming. And abuse unlocks.
It seems pretty fast for me, but maybe there's a variable to change it.
