I go through the control panel and set it manually to the value that I got from typing IPCONFIG into the command prompt (192.168.1.1). It's just blank every time I check it.

I believe my router is N, and I don't know what my computer is for sure, is it just the letters after the wireless adapter? In which case it's a Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter.

Yeah it seems like a driver issue, but I've updated all the drivers (as well as trying older versions) and none of that helps. Also, it works on some wireless routers but not on mine.

Also, I have found a temporary fix... I created a new network from my same router but as a guest network with no password. For some reason this has allowed me to remain connected to the internet, but I have absolutely no idea why.

So let me preface this by saying that I am playing on a mac, and I would enjoy it if you don't give me shit for that.

Now on to the problem:

I have installed windows 7 on bootcamp on my mac, and the installation seems to have gone just fine. Windows 7 runs fine, I installed steam and tf2, and they both run no problems. However, when I use wireless at home, my connection always drops almost immediately (usually within a minute or two), and I get the little yellow triangle over the wireless icon. It says I'm connect to the network, but I don't have any internet access. If I run a diagnostic through the network settings, it usually fixes the problem, citing "Defautl Gateway not available", but then a few minutes later the internet drops again.

My wireless works fine in windows using any other internet connection, so it appears to only be a problem at home. It's not a problem with my router because when I'm booted up in mac, or using any other device, it connects to the internet just fine.

I tried googling some solutions, but none have worked so far. I have tried setting the default gateway manually, but it never saves the info. I've used these commands to reset things in my command prompt:

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

and they didn't seem to help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, installing a different version of the drivers, I've even completely reinstalled windows, but I just can't seem to keep a connection to the internet for more than a minute, but only at home.

Any suggestions or solutions?

EDIT: Also, I can't even try going wired because I'm on a macbook air and there's no ethernet port.

This should be a fun game to watch anyways though, any invite action is good action.

In Mangachu's stream last night, Clockwork said that Pure felt ESEA didn't respect tf2 players after the client fiasco, and so he felt they didn't deserve his time/money, and that's why he left. Clockwork also said that they most likely aren't going to play this season because Pure was too much of a driving force behind their team.

HereThereBeTygers, pocket in an open scrim. First time playing with the team so we weren't super coordinated. I'm mostly interested in how to speed up our gameplay because I feel we were kind of slow to push advantages, and I'm still not confident I'm using my ubers at the right time/place and as effectively as I could be.

Kaidus explains it well in that workshop video (I think on the gullywash one, or else the snakewater one, I can't remember).

Basically:

-Put a sticky on the ground in front of you
-walk towards the sticky
-crouch as you cross on top of the sticky
-detonate

Play around with the timings of your detonations to figure out how to go for more distance vs height and so on.

Can I at least get another little bag of pretzels?

For a satire, some of those were actually pretty sweet saves (getting uber off a saw with 1hp). That being said, I felt it went a little too long.
