Lucrative has brought up an important point. While I get that for some of you, there are exams going on, for the rest of you who said they wanted another LAN, it's a pretty disappointing turnout. I'm more than likely going to email the venue and tell them there's no way I'm going to get 24 in less than two weeks. They've been quite busy, and so have I. More importantly, I don't have money to throw away on computers that nobody is going to use.
Unless things make a big turn around, I'm not sure how I feel about doing another event. Seriously pay up, and ask yourself how much a local LAN means to you.
Also, I have been looking at other local LANs to see if I can get TF2 played, and the chances of that happening are very dependent on the success of these smaller events.

I never used a config on my laptop and I personally think dx8 looks pretty ugly, especially if you play Medic.
Use Chris' dx9 frames, it's not that traumatizing.

I've had my Razer Naga Hex for almost 4 years, no issues.
I've heard over the past couple years, the overall quality of Razer products has declined, which is unfortunate. If my sensor doesn't wear out, it will be the feet on the bottom. It's a shame because I'd replace it with another Naga Hex, but I'm reluctant to if what people say is true about the declining build quality.

I'm going to set up a team registration platform similar to the CEVO platform used at GXL in 2014. You'll have to register your team and yourself there.

I'm sorry I could not get registration out sooner. I have been dealing with a lot of personal stuff the past couple weeks. I am determined to continue with this date because I know some people have already made travel plans and have taken time off of work.
