So I spent 10 months working for a summer camp in BC. For two months of that occupation I was in charge of the woodsman camp. I had to make 3.5 meals a day for 40 kids + 15 staff under a tent with one stove/oven; drinking water had to be mixed with bleach in a 250 gallon vat; nearest grocery store / main camp was a 20 min boat ride and 60 min drive away. You wouldn't believe what I made these kids eat.
Let the pre tell all stream madness ensue.
Identity Confusion + G who replaces that with dat
-nod3d9ex launch option was salient to it working on my setup. AFAIK it disables some Directx9 external rendering. It can have a positive effect on FPS for some.
I'm taking the leap. So I have zero real competitive experience, that being said I feel I have a general sense of how the game is played after watching years of comp and having played many lobbies and pugs. Solider has been my "main" since I started playing. Basically by default, I can rocket jump fairly well and spent maybe half my 2700 hours jumping. In competitive as a soldier I either jump to much as roamer with mad aggression or not enough as pocket being overly passive. My rocket dm tends to wax and wane and I don't really know how good, but to quote b4nny, "pretty good."
You can watch a demo review of a lobby done by b4nny here at time 4:30:30. I am playing pocket and my jumps are kinda lacking on this one as he points out.

Tyepdl for hud?
I included my cfg folder with jump scripts. It says coffee_hud but really its just a combo of EJP, Kresnik's BW edit for mainmenu, and flathud. There is also alot of unnecessary stuff so you'll have to pick through it and decide what you need.
*Edit: Main menu definitely messed up on resolutions other than 1080.
I like a more relaxed and not cluttered hud for jumping.

_KermitI've never heard of a problem like that, how many different custom fonts do you have defined at the bottom of your clientscheme?
45, There are about 7 I am certain I am not using, and have already disabled them. Using most somewhere. Each has like a dozen iterations which I don't think I am using all of which.
You have obviously put a lot of time and effort into the TF2 centric items as well as researching all those hardware manipulations and I thank you for it. You're cool too. Could you go into a little detail on how to interpret the plots of the mouse testing software. For reference my data just appears to be a plot of mouse movements. My mouse is 6+ years old and I play on a wooden chessboard. <-- I know I'm fucked.
Could someone inform me on how fonts out of clientscheme.res are selected by the engine. My HUD is a bit of a mashup, so I have a lot of different font entries and recently I have been experiencing issues of certain fonts not showing up. I have remedied this by moving the certain font instance higher up in the ordering. If I can't control the selection is there a way besides going through each .res file to determine which instances are loading and which aren't in an attempt to weed out some unused instances.
I happen to be in the game described in OP against Carbon. I will link my POV below just for records sake but I doubt it will provide any relevant info. I did have my suspicions but remained unvocal about it at the time.
