yeah the F keys always felt a bit too far for me. I have mine bound to z,x,c, and v

the motion for my fingers to go to these buttons feels much more natural than to stretch my hand up to even the number row. That's partially why I have my weapons bound to my mousewheel usually

To start off, seeker's crosshair is a VTF crosshair, meaning that you can use it with any hud

Download the VTF crosshair pack from this thread and put it in your custom folder.

The files contained are mostly weapon-specific, so some simple editing of the files for whichever weapons you want the crosshair to be should give you what you're looking for. Refer to the VTF crosshair thread for more specific instructions

Depending on the hud that you're using it may still be turned on. Rays actually has a video tutorial on his YouTube channel on this so if you'd like an elaborate explanation of how to remove it, that's what I'd reference

However the TL:DW version is as follows

1. open your custom folder and navigate to your hud files.
   
2. Open the "resource" and "ui" folders and locate the file named "hudplayerclass.res". Any text editor can work but notepad++ is recommended
   
3. Find the section titled "playerstatusclassimage" and change the following values to "0"
   • wide
     
   • tall
     
   • visible
     
   • enabled
4. save the file, and if you're in game, type hud_reloadscheme and you should see a change

All of my cfgs files and custom folder things are still there but the game just isn't installed
