everyone in this thread is talking out their ass. i play tf2 just fine at 60 fps (low settings mind you but who cares this game is a fucking cartoon anyway) on a pretty shite lenovo that i inherited from my mom. it has an AMD processor that is comparable to a low end i5, and no dedicated graphics. i have been looking at laptops on craigslist that have decent i7s, dedicated gfx, and are listed for around 400-500 dollars. yeah, its craigslist, its used, but use your brain. not everyone out there is a scammer/selling a p.o.s. i just saw a brand new MSI laptop being sold in my area that will run new games on med/high settings. it was listed at 800 and the dude dropped it to 650 last night because hes desperate. if i wasnt broke id be playing on it right now.

my point is, $600 is more than enough to do schoolwork and run tf2. you could potentially have two machines that can accomplish both with more than enough overhead.

Ampere - The First Five Years ffo; the 90s, chaos, throwing bangers, holding it the fuck down. Ampere is a well known giant within the punk/screamo scene. they've been tearing it up for about 14 years and play some absolute jams, never a dull moment in their short intense sets.

my posts are not pointless. i just provided tftv with an amazing recipe for chicken in another thread. just because you dont find them particularly useful does not mean they are pointless. if you want to get technical, your post is just as pointless as mine since all we are doing is bickering. do you wish to continue? i can do this all day.

1. soak chicken in buttermilk for ~15 minutes
2. toss in a ziploc bag containing flour and spices (i use sazon, hot paprika, and black pepper. feel free to experiment here)
3. *DONT SKIP THIS STEP* let the coated chicken pieces sit on wax paper/a plate for ~30 minutes. this enables the buttermilk and flour to properly combine and stick to the chicken better. some science shit happens but trust me, dont skip this part.
4. put the chicken into a fry pan with hot oil (should have been heating up for about 5 minutes prior, med-high heat) and give them about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they look brown and crunchy
5. lower the heat a bit and let them continue to fry for another ~20 minutes, so they cook thoroughly
6. raise the heat and give them another 2-3 minutes per side to finish them off.

in a small dish, mix equal parts spicy brown mustard with honey. you can add more honey or more mustard to your tasting. you can also add a small amount of brown sugar if you like. or eat it with ranch if youre into that.

i made these with some pancakes (dont have a waffle iron RIP) for my girls birthday and she went nuts. comes out perfect every time.
