Delete your default hudplayerhealth.res and rename the hudplayerhealth_CROSS to hudplayerhealth.
Broesel has very neat instructions in the README.html file in the .rar file.

Knowing that hazor and nightwing (former teamates of mine, awesome folks) are from the "far" side of the middle east where they can't (always) get good enough ping to play on European servers, so now seeing they created their own community brought a smile to my face, and I'm hoping they'll get a league started soon enough to let (hopefully) many others to participate and expand TF2.
