Machina not allowed you probably just missed it in the list but it's there according to the article.

BuildBruhFor comparison, Overwatch$29.99 at Amazon recently simplified its lineup of 29 heroes into three categories (down from four): Damage, Tank, and Support. In addition to the larger pool of playable characters, Overwatch's heroes are more nuanced in terms of individual abilities. As a result, effectively attacking and defending against enemies requires more strategy, thus making the game more engaging.
Does anyone know what or where this came from? OW and tf2 have only ever had 3 catagories...
Overwatch used to have support, defense, tank and damage.
at rgb 2015 a player who no longer plays and was my roommate at the time literally choked another player who also no longer plays unconscious. He was out for a 4 or 5 seconds before waking up and not knowing what had happened.
With that said I fear O'Keearns
I watched a few of steph's match streams last season and she complained constantly when a team would bm/offclass against hers but the one time they played a team worse than them she off classed/bm'd for a good chunk of the match. What more do you need to know?
bearodactylstuff
Speaking from the perspective of a non top player, couldn't agree more.
SpadesThe only thing weird is the DPM number is doubled. They also got rid of the Drops/Med picks stats on the match pages
The points per minute stat is also broken.
JojoScrewb no one would care if you weren't also an insufferable ass.
Screwballwhat the hell is your problem?
Virgilalso i spent a good few weeks in s27 IM with you being an absolutely awful teammate, notably you berated me and others on the team constantly. I know I wasn't very good but you being condescending and an ass at every given chance did not help at all. You may not shit talk or act completely retarded in game, but from my own interactions with you you are absolutely insufferable to interact with, given the fact you act like you are gods gift to TF2. You may have changed since but if my experiences with you are the same as other peoples, it's not hard to tell why people don't like you.
Screwballi don't even remember you so that shows how much i give a shit
You picking up what I am putting down here?
Screwb no one would care if you weren't also an insufferable ass.
I only remember 1 thing about this game and it definitely isn't harbleu and alfa playing soldier.
There are 2 projectile weapons in the game as far as I can tell, a rocket launcher very similar to the one in halo(no rocket jumping rip) and a plasma gun similar to the plasma/nail gun from quake but no jumping with it either.
Yes you can portal behind someone and shoot them through it while they can't see you but it isnt as much of a problem as it sounds like it would be plus you can use your grenades to shutdown enemy portals. Part of the reason for this is that you can only portal on certain surfaces and it's pretty easy to play around them. You can tell which portals are friendly vs enemy. Not being able to see through other players portals is still one if if not the worst things about the game right now though.
Played it for a bit and I love it. If you are looking for quake with portals this isn't it, it's very much portal halo like brimstone said.
Chromehounds is still my favorite game of all time. They shut the servers down so only the single player is playable(and the single player was extremely bad) which still makes me sad despite it being years ago.
Not being able to discern the difference between 5 and 50 would make me think I was losing my mind.
Possibly my favorite player I havent actually played on a team with. Super nice guy fun to drink with and good at demoman. Only player better than me that still asks me for advice which shows a willingness to listen to criticism which is pretty important in a teammate.
Sigafoowho were not courted or pushed in through mixes but created teams on their own to play, is outstanding
Maybe it's just me but this seems to imply that newbie mix teams are somehow lesser than teams that formed on their own and that seems incredibly disrespectful towards the people that put so much work into making the newbie mix team drive happen, not to mention the newbie mix teams themselves.
