Unique HUD Help

I have a question that I don't think anyone has answered yet, and I'm absolutely stumped.
I'm designing a HUD and I've noticed that every meter (from the Ubercharge meter to the Sandvich build meter to the Stickylauncher meter..) builds from left to right.
Is there any way to get it to build from down to up?
Any and all help is appreciated!

There're three people from uBs on the team. I don't think that counts as 'basically old uBs'. Our Pyro is in his first season, I'm in my third coming from Steel - It's not that stacked of a team to be honest.
Wrong. Connected, Johnse, Ritalin, Polk, Goebwer, McNugget, Cyan were all uBs. I would know, because I was uBs for a season (my all-star season, study up your UGC HL history :P )
Minus McNugget since I don't see him on your roster but he was at the scrim today.
Goebwer's not a main, neither is Nugget, neither is Connected, nor is Cyan. I was not aware that those three (Goebwer/Connected/Cyan) were even on the roster.
I know exactly who you are and where you come from Chimpoo, I know bits and pieces of HL history, good sir.
