I've been obsessing lately about this mixtape / mashup cd which is probably the best mashup cd I have ever heard in my life, highly recommend listening to everything in one sitting
Hey, I have some weeks with a bit more time now and would be up for doing 1 or 2 of these, so if you're interested hit me up, if you have already, then you probably already got the google doc with all the instructions.
For those who aren't aware I've already done 1 video for the series here and I want to keep it going, so I need your contributions.
Finally had time and started actively working on it and recording frags today

it's on!
AlmieI did it using mirv_campath and mirv_input camera. The HLAE documentation should explain it pretty well, but I might write/record a tutorial when I have more time.
Just wanna say I went ahead and researched this a bit and finally got to try it and it really works great, thank you. Doesn't require any aditional software like the overly complicated method I was referring to.
And it's a much better "technique" to smooth whatever it is either povs or stvs because you have a lot more control over the camera, you can change its path on the go, save it, load it. etc... The result of my smooth using this method for a pov demo was this
In case almie doesn't end up doing it, I might do a tutorial on it when I have time since all I found was csgo related stuff.
Just to elaborate on raptor's post if you didn't read the blog post entirely. The new tf2pickup site has automatic serveme integration, so no more issues with servers/pings hopefully and the team balancing system was tweaked as well so it should give pugme and pugchamp a decent run for its money even in NA. Please try it out, we've been an established and very successful pickup site for over 2 years in Europe, and North America could well use something like this.
Anything over what your disk read rate and your ram can process and store is gonna playback choppy. (usually files over a few gbs, depending on length)
So as dellort said you want to encode them first so your computer can playback a smaller file.
Probably the 120fps uncompressed recording is still way too big to playback without stutter.
Alternatively if you wanna play it uncompressed and you have enough ram you can leave it playing in the background and after the first full playback it should play without stutters since it's already "loaded". It might not work in bigger length files tho.
There's way too many to mention, but the most recent ones that really stood in my memory were

love the song and the videoclip.
also a bit more trippy vibe
My official vs top5 2 seasons ago in High was the most destroyed I have ever been in tf2. I still remember playing viaduct vs them was an absolute nightmare and so frustrating as a roamer.
These guys are so individually talented but more than that it was so noticeable they have so much synergy and coordination. I could easily see them placing top4 in Prem with some practice. Such a shame.
I hope they can reunite in future seasons.
I shed a tear for no mention of Enemy Territory Oasis or Goldrush.
Bucakeyeah, a real shame. the guy (can't remember his name) put in proper effort on these forums, communicating and listening to feedback. looked real promising until people just stopped signing up.
to be honest tf2 was heavily saturated with cups and leagues for the most of its duration specially considering the size of our scene. The biweekly ones were cool to keep playing in the offseason but then mid-season and every day cups just seemed like an unwise decision regardless of its good intentions.
I still hope it comes back to some extent after matchmaking hits. Their team and their response was definitely top notch
