Many universities have discounts on electronics like laptops, printers, desktops, etc. He should look at that and see what he can do
If he doesn't have access to something like that, the Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p is pretty good from what I've heard and it fits what he wants, I think.

What good is taking down the channel though? If they want to use the VOD for, I dunno, face recognition of the guy (assuming he's the one that got away), shutting down the channel wouldn't really be necessary.
From what I've read, twitch has taken this kind of thing extremely seriously ever since someone attempted suicide or something on stream. In their eyes, it's best to not make it public from their servers just to be safe. It's not like we don't have access to the VOD or anything.
Middle school me was an obnoxious idiot. I haven't changed it yet because then people would take me seriously.
I always forget about how bad it is until I meet new people.

Pick/ban can be fun, but i think consistency is very important for serious, fast-paced competitive fps games. Knowing what can be expected and practicing for it generally increases the skill ceiling and decreases room for gimmicks.
I may be wrong, but I thought a contributing factor to why the liberty launcher is banned is how absolutely silly LL kritz are. 200+ damage a rocket with each rocket moving 40% faster than stock is pretty frustrating and quite gimmicky.

On the technical side, it's essentially just sfm camera rigging and a text overlay. From an artistic side, it's a lot of figuring, guesswork, and rendering. I'd be happy to make you something. PM me any specifics. (Maps/fonts you like, what you want stuff to say, etc.)
