Would anyone that can hold a camera steady be willing to help out with something I'm going to be recording late Friday night? It won't take but a few minutes, and I'll pay you a lazer wepen.

guys i think lan got canceled.
on a more related note
reillyKeep talking about whats happening or something else.
Or even talk about getting into competitive during longer stalemates. "You can start for free in UGC, and then move up to CEVO or ESEA in NA, etc etc etc"
edit: they added the event
All this said, there better be some excellent casting, commentary, and camerawork. This lan will get a lot more attention than lans past. Tf2 outpost has doubled the size of some streams, and I don't think lan will be too different. I'm interested in what the viewership will be.
Also has anyone talked to John about the possibility of a front-page slot for finals? I can't imagine all that much going on in the gaming world on a Sunday morning, and mix^ v iT (assuming that's the finals matchup) very well could be an excellent first-glimpse of comp tf2 to twitch viewers.
shadeI predict even more footage than ever before because this time I'm not going to be bogged down by some shitty tournament I have to win again.

Along with shade's videos, a few other people are going to LAN that will record stuff (tagg comes to mind, and I've heard others talk about it). If you like player/ screen/ keyboard videos, I'll be posting HD player spotlight videos on my channel, along with some interviews if anyone will give me any.
This LAN will have the highest tf2 coverage to tf2 quality ratio of all time, and it probably won't ever be beaten. So yeah.
Skim milk because I was raised on it, and there's no need to change... I like it and it's healthy.
Maybe thats why I'm a wimp.
This is really cool. Go TF2Outpost!
WithADanceNumberanyone puggin' this format? I dont think i'd play it in a league but it seems fun for a more relaxed and less serious approach.
I pugged it once, didn't have fun. I couldn't help but feel like I was in a dying pub.
I dunno, slin. I've never run into anything like what happened in that game. It's a matter of playing off advantages, and you guys had advantages a few times and you didn't capitalize. You and the other team played more passively than I've seen the average lan finalists play. I don't think this has anything to do with the game. I think any good shooter game will stalemate if both teams refuse to do anything... that should be a totally expected outcome of everyone in the server doing nothing.
I really hope this does well. I really don't like 4v4, but I've never seen actually good players play it. Looking forward to it.
Ask The Wounded Stapler about stuff with being new to the community. It could turn interesting.

i tried
do you mind me taking some inspiration form this with my next map? it's called cp_notBadlands.
Stapler's a great guy, bound to be a really fun iron team if you're decent at a class and want to get better.
DeepMat_viewportscale 0.05 for hard mode.
I actually pugged a few times like this. It made playing after fixing it very easy. Maybe could be used for warmups of sorts. May also be a terrible ideo.
probably that second one
