I speak German, English, took Latin and Italian in school
and I know some Mandarin from when I stayed in China for a few months last year
Currently learning French with duolingo which is allright for getting started I guess and when that is semi-fluent I plan on moving on to Spanish
On my list: Spanish, Swedish, Japanese, Russian? and Mandarin (properly, I only know bits and pieces necessary for survival)

It just occured to me that this will also affect the Ubersaw. If dropping means giving the enemy team a fully charged uber, the ubersaw becomes a lot riskier to use

I didn't have anything to do so I checked really quick and if you substract plus and minusfrags he comes in at a solid 135 minusfrags. he's got quite a few upvotes on that "bullet in open"-thread, otherwise he would easily be near 300
so yeah, something seems weird

Starting to play competitive TF2 may seem a bit daunting at first, there are lots of experienced players and you may not be quite sure where you fit into that but rest assured that there's competition for every level of skill. On top of that, the community is really friendly and always willing to help if you have any questions. Good luck!

afaik most of these don't work anymore or are useless, you can probably remove -nocrashdialog, -nojoy, -nodcaudio and -noipx
and i used tf2mate because i wanted to have that feature where you can change cl_interp and r_draw_wievmodel for different weapons
as oktober already stated, interp switching doesn't really work anymore and turning viewmodels on/off for specific weapons can easily be done by putting
bind 1 "slot1; r_drawviewmodel 1/0in the class configs, no need to use tf2mate which is just straight up awful for editing later on
I remember JarateKing's CleanTF2 mod having an option for single-colour skyboxes, but that may have been a special thingie

I think since the router only has a limited bandwidth your ping would be higher if there are more devices you have to share that bandwidth with, assuming they are all using the internet of course

the second set of quotation marks in all of your configs should be behind "cl_crosshair_blue 0", not behind "r_drawviewmodel 0"
that might fix it
if youre still having problems, telling us what exactly gets messed up would go a long way to identifying your problem
edit: is this some kind of joke? you have "cl_crosshair_file crosshair7;cl_crosshair_scale 39;cl_crosshair_red 255;cl_crosshair_green 255;cl_crosshair_blue 0" after every slot bind for every class, so your crosshair is always a yellow cross, size 39 anyways wtf
