MuteInstall tSkyH4ighInstall the application and make hotkeys for the 2 resolutions, make the first resolution the default res your computer usually runs on and launch tf2. After tf2 is launched, tab out and use the hotkey for the second resolution, which you should set to a 4:3 resolution, when you tab back into the game it will be stretched. worked for me at least, and ive got a shitty onboard intel chip, so if i can do it...
if i play in window with the resolution options i have, it'll be this tiny box :p.

fnmgo into nivida control pannel, click on "adjust desktop size and position" (this should be on the left hand sidebar. Under the "Scaling" tab, you should see "Select a scaling mode" and then make sure "stretched" is selected. This should fix your issue.

before i had windows 10, i had 4:3 resolution in game with stretch screen and no black bars. i still have 4:3 in the game but now that i have windows 10, there are black bars on the sides. so yes no stretching doesnt work and i wanna know how i can fix it

So, my PC automatically upgraded to windows 10, i'm okay with it so far, but i am having resolution issues in tf2. I play the game with 4:3 and stretch, but now i have big black bars on the sides of my screen. I want to know if there is a way to fix this and get rid of the black bars :7.

CitroMaindSince quik only wants to update the HUD when MM comes out, but I've already had enough of the aids that Default HUD brings, I decided to update this. It is very rough, and I had to remove gamemenu.res and hudmainmenuoverride.res so the game doesn't crash. Everything else works just fine and is playable in MM.

EDIT: I will TRY to update the HUD for MM up until the official release. Once matchmaking officially hits, quik is off to the races
