Can we go get Kensi or something?
Cbear is going to be blown away by all the spec plugins.
Apparently the BASE Jumper is causing client crashes according to UGC, maybe the source of recent problems in pug.na on Dallas 1?
I suspect there will be about a 50-40-10 split on how teams use Demo.
50% will use the traditional demo, 40% will start the season with a DemoKnight and 10% will try to run without a Demo.
More silly ideas:
When a player changes loadout or class, briefly flash their player panel to indicate this.
When "on board" a player's perspective, have an option the streamer can toggle to show a display of the player's equipped weapons (similar to Valve's built-in system, but all three at once, and just the weapon picture and name instead of all the useless info text).
A timer that counts up and resets whenever a point is capped as an alternative to the countdown timer built in to prevent stalemates, the idea being to tell at a glance (without doing mental math) how efficient a team is doing at pushing (like capping a KOTH point).
stockDemo limit: 2. Think about it.
Shall I start building a bread teleporter?
I'm looking to be a backup on a Low Open team as medic. I'm not looking to be a starter because while I can play close to an Open level in PUGs, I don't have a firm grasp of the minute details that comes with regular play (since PUGs tend to be affairs of wacky plays and weird positioning). So I would prefer to sit behind a more seasoned medic and spend a season learning the ropes first.
Past TF2 Competitive Experience:
1 full season of Iron Highlander (S9, it was meh)
Part-time caster/chat moderator for eXtv
At the moment most nights except Fridays are free.

Try PingPlotter and see where the drops are coming from, then talk to your ISP and ask them to check out the nodes in question.
Eh, overrated.
You're basically paying extra for the marquee.
I'd rather teleport bread for three days straight than deal with two Demos...
Bump, Instead of wasting precious forum space with a new topic I'm reposting the previous poll updated to reflect the state of the update.
BLoodSireI did 234dpm with the Classic in a 1am pug last night. With 3 reconnects because of crashes too. However, my k/d was horrible and I felt like I wasn't doing that great for my team.
There is a lot of cool things you can do with it, but all those things kind of give a "so what" result.
I am very sad.
You didn't kill me, I was disappoint.
I look forward to refilling my salt shaker from your tears Mangachu.
At least these teams might've had a chance to do some PCWs on the new update.
