It smoothes the viewmodel after prediction errors. Chris said that in his config video. About all I know of it.

Did you select your mic as the device in Options>Audio Input for mumble? And it's not just on default device.
Edit: Crespi beat me by 15 seconds damn it
sonnyjaboyDangit, I was hoping it'll work for my Asus G55 Laptop. (Currently running with a GeForce 660 :_:
That's a 600's series. It works from what I can tell.
I told nvidia about the bug a couple weeks back and submitting my computer information, and it seems anybody on the 600's series. So maybe if more people from each series submits their computer information it will be fixed.
I suggest getting an i5 over any AMD cpu if you're mostly gaming. Been on a laptop until recently, and got a i5-3570K. Runs tf2 like a beast.
Moral_VindicationMJckapJstn7477Did it, worked. Many thanks!ckapIs there any way to fix that flashing without rolling back? It's getting really annoying and I don't want to roll back just for source games...
I heard from someone on here that the GeForce 320.00 BETA driver supposedly resolved the texture flickering problem. Worth a try. http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/61261
And people thought I was lying when I posted that it fixed it :(

I'm on GTX570, didn't work for me.
Anyone with 500 series got the issue fixed?
I told nvidia about the bug a couple weeks back and submitting my computer information, maybe they only fixed it with the 600 series because it looks like the 600 series works only. I'm on a 650.

With the new beta 320.00 drivers, dx8 works fine for me now.
