Shadows would cause me to crash right after sending client info finishes for longest time if I had them enabled. It was only some servers still don't know what caused it. Magically fixed itself some way.
Just add it in to the bottom of what ever you already have and test.
You need the items below in your config if you don't have it. I think it should fix it if you don't have this in there already.
alias +mate_forward "+mfwd"
alias -mate_forward "-mfwd"
alias +mate_back "+mback"
alias -mate_back "-mback"
alias +mate_moveleft "+mleft"
alias -mate_moveleft "-mleft"
alias +mate_moveright "+mright"
alias -mate_moveright "-mright"
alias +mfwd "-back;+forward;alias checkfwd +forward"
alias +mback "-forward;+back;alias checkback +back"
alias +mleft "-moveright;+moveleft;alias checkleft +moveleft"
alias +mright "-moveleft;+moveright;alias checkright +moveright"
alias -mfwd "-forward;checkback;alias checkfwd none"
alias -mback "-back;checkfwd;alias checkback none"
alias -mleft "-moveleft;checkright;alias checkleft none"
alias -mright "-moveright;checkleft;alias checkright none"
alias checkfwd none
alias checkback none
alias checkleft none
alias checkright none

Chris updated his configs on the 25th of this month. I don't know what changes were made to them though. Maybe it will fix the problem.
So i'm guessing, I can't do anythin about that. I got Road Runner as my ISP.
I disabled network throttling in my registry a while back. Unless that's a different thing
My rate is set at 60000 right now. I have about a 30MB download right now from speedtest.
Recently been getting weird ping spikes to 500+ and never happened ever before until couple weeks ago. I upgraded my router before it happened but still get them just not as often. I use the default chris good connection. I also noticed that if (I think the download rate) increases to about 40 kbs or higher my ping goes up. My update/cmd rates stay about 66 in my netgraph.
You could try this http://natf2.com/posts/86314
May/ May not have a difference, but worth a shot
try -autoexec in your launch options to reset it
After I launch steam, tf2 will validate the files. It only does it the first launch of tf2 after opening steam when my computer starts up. I defragged but it still keeps doing it. Fix?
