Young Croatian [ex]competitive TF2 gamer, been playing since like 2012, looking to be featured in the sidebar if possible!

I used to play it a bit but then kind of gave up due to other things, it's pretty great.
The new update makes me want to get back into it (after exams) but also focus on the science and physics behind it rather than just crashing into things. Honestly anyone that cares even a little bit about space or simulation games should definitely pick this up.
You're in the exact same situation I was a month ago. Got into a uni where it's basically required to have a laptop.
I had a budget of about €550 though, so i went with an Acer Aspire V3-574G. There's a few versions, mine has an i3 processor and an nvidia geforce 940m. It runs everything I need it to, visual studio, matlab etc. And games like Binding of Isaac (i literally JUST finished a run on it), Civ5...
My main requirement was that it was FHD and that it had an IPS screen. I would 100% recommend you to aim for a laptop that has an IPS screen. The colors stay almost the same at any angle your screen is at.
Never thought I'd see this kind of post on tftv.
I've been cubing on and off for about 6 years now so if anyone has any questions I'd be glad to answer.
Cubing tends to look pretty flashy I guess, and it really isn't too difficult to learn how to do it (it's a bit harder if you want to do it quick) and one of the main pros of it is that it is very very cheap to get into.
This year's pizza tower will be positioned at a slightly different location. Please feel free to drop off any and all empty pizza boxes to help us break last year's record.
What the fuck? Why does it say I dodged LAN?
I never said I'm going to it.
You're thinking of someone called zh/zeeage, not me.
(Nation is still a lan dodger so you can keep him there)
There is no mercy for people who make shit up (sideshow), I hope Moogle eats you up

ExquisiteStoneit might be a heat problem, a friend of mine used to have something like this, his was a lot worse tho, but basically everytime he started GPU intensive software, out of nowhere his GPU would spike to 255 degrees Celsius after gaming for a while (which gave hi huge fps drops), after weeks and weeks looking for a solution he ended up buying a replacement, so I'd advise to monitor your temperature while one of those spikes occur to see if it is hardware related!
255°C!? And all it did was just give high fps drops??
Didn't that turtle also predict Brazil? Well, at least we still have optimism left.
If we win this, Croatians will not live it down for the next 500 years.
June 13th, it almost got extended to the 20th because we were affected by the floods. However, these last 2 weeks are the worst. Thanks exams.
Here's a relatively short video with some shots of the floods that happened in Croatia.

Heads up: There's a lot of dead animals in the video.
