Fantastic teammate and an awesome person to be around. She has a wealth of knowledge and years of perspective/experience at her back, not to mention the best engineer out there :)

The frequency has definitely gone up.. I mean, it's not lagging/crashing servers anymore, but I think we've been kicking a new hacker every 2 minutes in each pub we join. The micspam is an annoying addition

Well, you're not wrong. It's just difficult to maintain the same motivation at home as I do in the office where help is more accessible. It's hard to gauge how I like the line of work considering my inexperience, it's been less than a year and I've been hopping around based on need. Anyway, trying something new isn't out of the picture.. it's just tricky in quarantine alongside the mental toll that brings. No means for excuses, but it is as it is currently. Fingers crossed for some changes soon

You ever just have one of those moments where your team is energized and just clicks perfectly as everything goes in your favor in a push/win? Where your teammates are right where you need them and everyone just works together seamlessly.. Sounds lame but moments like that keep me playing.

Also to echo everyone else on sweet airshots and perfect flick meatshots. I'm also a fan of pretty reflects but y'know :)

I know this is nothing new considering all that's been going on, but having each day feel the same has basically sapped my energy in everything I do. I can do my job from home but I'm slowly deteriorating there too, then that feeling of unproductivity drops mental value elsewhere. Just need some diversity in the day to day I guess

It's been a while since a LAN of this scale came to the west coast, let alone a venue of this size. Figured I'd gauge and see if anyone here would be thinking of going. There's a decent community out here, we should get some TF2 presence together.

My game crashes every time I click the contract menu (f2 or via main menu). I've tried both with/without huds and no change. Anyone else have/find a solution to this issue?

GL finding other gamers. I've definitely known some guys in the comm that have gone to U of M, but nothing current

That being said, if anyone is at U of A they should hit me up. Seems I'm the only one in our esports club from TF2. Trying to put a good word in ;P

She's really enthusiastic and critical about her play, which really sets her up to be a dedicated teammate who's willing to push herself and learn. She has a solid understanding of the way a team works from a combo position, and can really benefit any team that picks her up with her concise comms and positive attitude. I haven't seen her DM ability on demo so I can't speak for it personally, but from my own experience I can assure any willing team that she will be a wonderful addition to any team environment looking to grow together
