vulcan -This seems like ultimates in overwatch, and this would really give the game a new dimension, the real argument here is if the community would like adding this new dimension. Having to coordinate what weapons everyone is using for last pushes would be interesting but most people seem opposed to it
levithian- My idea for balancing jarate is to divide the soaked time by the amount of players hit. For example, if I hit 4 players with 1 jarate jar, they would each have jarate on them for 2.5 seconds. Please tell me if I'm dumb, but i think this is alright.

Also for the machina, if valve made the rate of fire and/or reload time slower, then I think it would be more ideal and fit the playstyle that most 6s sniper use, which is to just charge up and and go for one pick. At the same time, its downsides may make another player not use it, making it kinda balanced.
Ofc these are going to have to be made by valve. :(

Surely this will make the competitive scene seem attractive to newcomers. Everyone loves being berated for making a suggestion.
viper- valve kind-of did this with the sydney sleeper and although it did nerf it slightly, it's still pretty broken
but that's a step in the right direction, not enough to warrant jarate being unbanned though
toon- What if we set that some weapons can be used let's say 5 times per map. What would mean if u die your team can used that weapon 4 more times.... + resub is "same as dying".
